A limited range of operations are displayed on Notification pane of W4N

Issue/Introduction
When a user right clicks on any Smarts Notification within the Notification pane of the W4N Smarts Solution Pack, they only see a limited number of operations (as per screenshot below).

They do not see the following operations:

- Acknowledge Event
- Un-Acknowledge Event
- Take Ownership
- Release Ownership

VMware Smart Assurance - Watch4Net/M&R - 10.1.X
Cause
The reason for this is if you have a W4N user whose role is mapped to a Smarts Profile then they are able to see all operations when they right click on any notification.
However when that same user adds an additional role that has a smarts profile mapped to it then the 4 operations mentioned will not be displayed.
The reason for this is in Smarts there is only one profile mapped per user.
However in W4N, through roles, you can have multiple SAM profiles for a single user.
Therefore the idea is to have SAM and W4N behave the same way - one user, one profile.
Hence the limited operations when additional Roles with Smarts Profile's mapped are added to a W4N user.
However when that same user adds an additional role that has a smarts profile mapped to it then the 4 operations mentioned will not be displayed.

Resolution
There is no resolution to this behaviour.
Notifications within the Smarts SP are functioning as designed.
The removal of right click operations within notifications for a W4N user with multiple roles containing more than one SAM profile mapping is a self imposed limitation to match the behaviour of Smarts.
