Could not create or validate administrative groups when trying to acquire a Lotus Notes endpoint.

Issue/Introduction

We are not able to acquire one of the lotus notes endpoint.
We have followed configuration steps of connector guide but when we try to create the new endpoint we get the following errors in the Provisioning Manager and JCS log:
LND: Could not create or validate administrative groups.

Resolution

From IBM native admin User Interface;

Open "ACL/advanced" menu for names.nsf database (Public Address Book).

In case if "Maximum Internet name and password" setting is READER then change it to EDITOR.
