Resolution

A requirement of Causality is that object class needs to be in SAM topology, which may require customization of the dxa files used

Additional Information

When attempting to create a "CausedBy" relation in Notif, the object classes reference in the NCI need to be in the SAM topology. By default, SAM does not import all the objects from IP, only the classes necessary for the codebook to do the correlation calculations. Because of this, in order to reference an object class that isn't in the SAM topology, editting the DXA file is required in order to have the object imported into SAM for use in the Causality configuration.

***Note***
For help with customizing the DXA, Professional Services would be required.
