Receive an error when doing a full discovery in Smarts MPLS when domainStopAutoAMSync = TRUE

Receive the following error when doing a full discovery in Smarts MPLS:

Discover All, error com.smarts.store.SmStoreExecption: TM-W-EMPTY-Nothing to discover

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - SMARTS

Cause

The StopAutoAMSync parameter is set to TRUE. When StopAutoAMSync = TRUE, the Smarts AM domain must be started before the Smarts MPLS domain. However, if you restart the Smarts AM domain, MPLS should re-connect.

Resolution

When the StopAutoAMSync parameter is set to TRUE, you must always start the Smarts AM domain before the Smarts MPLS domain.
