Smarts IP: STPStatus and SNMPSTPStatus not populating in Smarts IP

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:


Despite setting EnableSTPMonitoring to TRUE in tpmgr-param.conf and the device having data populated in MIB SNMPSTPStatus = "1.3.6.1.2.1.17.2.15.1.3" on data is populated for STPStatus and SNMPSTPStatus

Cause

This is a known issue with Smarts IP Manager

Resolution

Please contact support for more details on a fix

Additional Information

This has been fixed in 9.4.3 and was back ported to 9.4.2 and 9.4.1 (and will be included in the next patches for all these versions)
