MBIM not placing devices in Scheduled Maintenance; SchedMaint Notification created, but device never goes into InMaint

Issue/Introduction

• Devices being scheduled for maintenance are not being placed into a maintenance state in Smarts when the scheduled maintenance period begins.
• When user run the "Schedule Maintenance" tool, the device alert for SchedMaint created, but device never goes into InMaint.
  
  

Environment

All Supported Smarts versions

Cause

Customer modified default Maintenance NL and set filter:

Active Yes
Owner ~SYSTEM
Event ~Disabled

Resolution

Delete filter for Maintenance NL which as per default shouldn't have any filters.
