Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

Smarts converts voltage to millivoltage eg 12V to 0.012

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - SMARTS

Cause

An incorrect certification

Resolution

A fix is being prepared however the following change to the certification will suffice as a workaround:

Change the existing cert:

#Cisco ASR 1013 Router
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1166 {
        TYPE =  Router
        VENDOR = Cisco
        MODEL = ASR1013
        CERTIFICATION = CERTIFIED
        CONT =  Cisco-Router-Entity
        NEIGHBOR = Cisco-Cdp
        HEALTH = Cisco-Router-CRS-EntSensor

INSTRUMENTATION:
         Environment = CiscoEntitySensor:DeviceID
         CPU/Memory = CiscoRouter:DeviceID
         Card-Fault = CiscoEntityFRU
         Interface-Fault = MIB2
         Interface-Performance = MIB2
}
