When using Advanced Reporting dates are shown in US format despite all users having their locale set to UK. The UK-based users have previously been able to obtain reports with dates shown in the standard UK format.

This affects all reports in Advanced Reporting. We have checked this on multiple systems using both Oracle and SQL Server databases. The OS and PPM user are set to UK locale.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set the OS to UK locale so the dates will be DD/MM/YYYY
  2. Go to PPM and click on 'Home', select 'Advanced Reporting'
  3. Click on Library and select 'Project Status Detail' report
  4. Fill in the fields on the left hand side of the screen
  5. Click Apply

Expected Result: To see all the dates in the report in UK format

Actual Result: The dates in the report are in US format

Applies to all supported PAS environments for specified releases.
