Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:




The following error can be seen in the ASAM logs:

ASAM_MESSAGE-*-SEVERE-.Exception in ASAM_ObjectFactory.setAttributeString(Interface,IF-network:X.X.X.X:shelf-1:cardSlot-4:card:daughterCardSlot-2:daughterCard:port-2,OlcState,IN_SERVICE) - getting MR-E-PROPERTY_NOT_FOUND-Specified property 'OlcState' not found in class; in file "/work/blackcurrent/DMT-9.0.0.X-1204/7/smarts/repos/mr/classdef.c" at line 2455

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - SMARTS

Cause

The ASAM repository has become corrupt, hence the file dyn_asam.ldm isn't loaded properly

Resolution

1. Start ASAM with fresh repository. 
or
2. Load the .mdl file manually with the below command:

./dmctl -s <ASAM-DOMAIN> invoke SM_System::SM-System loadModel alcatel-sam/dyn_asam SM_DYNAMIC_LIBRARY
