Symptoms:




When a user tries to connect to  ASAM  adapter from 9.4 SAM consoles an error is shown as below

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - SMARTS

Resolution

Start SAM 9.4 console without TLS using the following parameter:

com.smarts.use_tls to FALSE as in the below example:

sm_gui -Dcom.smarts.use_tls=false
