Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
If a device is discovered as shortname(getI Class), then search the device using IP Address or FQDN in VoIP AM Domain Manager Administration Console->Edit->Find System, the search will fail. The search is successful in IP AM.

Cause
NS resolver is IP module, VoIP imports topology from IP and does not have the information to provide a lookup for all combinations like short name or fqdn .
Resolution
The recommendation is to use the same naming convention for all devices in the IP domain topology, like FQDN.
The search function does work if you use the same name as what the device is using in the attached IP domain, when searching for the device in VOIP.
