BGP alarms from NPM are not received in the SAM Global Console

Issue/Introduction

BGP alarms from Smarts NPM cannot be seen on the Smarts SAM Global Console.

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - SMARTS

Cause

External polling and SNMP Polling are set at the same time on the same group. 

Resolution

Enable SNMP Polling only, and BGP Notifications will be sent to the Smarts SAM Global Console.
