How to reload the trap adapter when changes are made to the trap_mgr.conf file without have to restart the trap service.

Resolution
--reloadConfig can be used without restarting the trap adapter.
<BASEDIR>/SAM/smarts/bin/sm_trapd -s <Trap domain> --reloadConfigAdditional Information
When running the command to reload the trap configuration file fails, you'll need to restart the trap service for the configuration to be read in.
