Smarts Server Manager: The option "useif=" does not apply to all traffic, so credential test and VCenter discovery fails

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
Case Scenario: User configured host server using sub-interfaces for specific networks with multiple domains running. The VCenter host is located off of one of the subinterfaces, so the domain is started with "useif=" to route traffic out the specific subinterface. However, the discovery fails because SMARTS does not use the option for non-SNMP/ICMP traffic, such as the packets used to send the credential information, so the traffic gets sent out the default route of the server and never reaches the VCenter.

Cause

Resolution
The workaround is to configure the routing on the server to point traffic destined to the VCenter out the specific host.
