Symptoms:

Cause
This has been recognized as a bug.
Resolution
Place the attached wireless-listener.asl in <Base Directory>/IP/smarts/local/rules/devstat to fix the redundant errors.
Additional Information
The issue stated above was reported for 9.4.1.x & fixed post implementing the modified asl. This fix is officially available on IP 9.4.2 as of June 2018, update to latest patch available on support site.
