If you discovered a device with a seed file in SNMP v3, once the device is present in the topology and you want to rediscover from the GUI, what SNMP version will be used ?
Smarts will only use SNMP V3 to rediscover that device as its already in the topology, and was initially discovered with SNMP V3.
The same goes for any other version of SNMP, its all based on the initial discovery.
