Can FailOver be configured for Syslog Adapter and Business Dashboard ?

 

 

The syslog Adapter and Web console are not yet supported in a fail over configuration

If still ,these are deployed on the servers ,please take care of below mentioned points :

 

- The Business dashboard can run in all nodes (1 or more servers) without any drawbacks.

- The Syslog adapter should run on just one server in order to avoid some scenario of duplicated messages.

- The same applies for a trap Notifier Adapter (should run on just one server ) which risks to send the same trap twice to an eventual Umbrella Alarm Management system.
