Does a BGPSession have DownOrFlapping events similar to IP

Environment

All supported release of Smarts

Resolution

BGPSession does not have DownOrFlapping events.  However, it does have a Flapping event which is similar to Smarts IP DownOrFlapping event, and should be handled the same way.
