Resolution
A pseudowire is a virtual connection that lays over the physical interfaces.
When an Interface is shown down in IP & MPLS, the pseudowire would be down. OperStatus of the Interface can only be down when there is an actual problem like a cable being pulled.
Hence when there is an interface down event, The PseudoWire event is shown as an impacted event of the Interface down event.
