Issue/Introduction

Does Smarts require the engine ID, Authentication protocol, Privacy protocol and Context name

What PRIVPROTOCOL to use if you use either DES256 or AES256.

Resolution

 In order to use SNMPv3 the following parameters must be used.

SNMP V3 username	USER=<User name>	Required
SNMP EngineID	ENGINEID=<Engine ID>	Optional (If wrong or omitted, Smarts discovery process will find it)
Authentication protocol	AUTHPROTOCOL=<Authentication protocol>	Required (Only MD5, SHA, and NONE are supported. NONE is the default) Example  : NONE, MD5, SHA, SHA256, SHA512
Authentication password	AUTHPASS=<Authentication password>	Required if Authentication protocol is used
Privacy protocol	PRIVPROTOCOL=<privacy protocol>	Required (AES and DES are supported. NONE is the default)
Privacy password	PRIVPASS=<Encryption password>	Required (if Privacy protocol is used)
Context name	CONTEXT=<Context name>	Optional

Note: For PRIVPROTOCOL, you have the option of either DES or AES.  If it is DES256 or AES256 you need to mention the same in the seedfile.
