Resolution
As per Smarts current default functionality, it is not possible to set constraints on passwords for user login to Smarts Global Console.
Below are the restrictions on the character lengths that can be used to set the password :
Lower limit - 0 --- In such cases, user may just hit enter when prompted for password when the password field is blank in *.conf files.
Higher limit - 80.
