Issue/Introduction

In VMware Aria Operations for Logs, there is a limit to the number of shared dashboards that can be active at once.
Currently, in VMware Aria Operations for Logs 8.12 and below, there is no hard limit set to the amount of dashboards.  Instead, the limit comes from the amount of resources and nodes in the VMware Aria Operations for Logs cluster.

Resolution

Currently, there is no way to configure the limit on shared dashboards.  This is being considered as a feature in a future release of VMware Aria Operations for Logs.

Workaround:
If you are unable to create more shared dashboards, remove dashboards that are no longer in use so you will be able to create more shared dashboards.
