Virtual Printer does not work in RHEL 8 and Oracle Linux 8 guest

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms: While installing the Virtual Printer in RHEL 8 and Oracle Linux 8 guest via command 'rpm -ivh thinprint-2.0.21-1.x86_64.rpm', it will failed with the message 'package does not verify, no digest', the driver is unable to be installed unless the SELINUX is set to disabled.
Environment
VMware Workstation 8.x (Linux)
Cause
SELinux does not alllow vmAppLd to start other processes in RHEL 8. But vmAppLd needs to run lpr-packages (amongst other stuff) to do its work.
Resolution
To resolve this issue disable SELINUX,
Configure SELINUX=disabled in the /etc/selinux/config file.
Reboot the system.
After reboot, confirm that the 'getenforce' command returns Disabled.
