Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
Visualizing Flows from hosts fails on NSX-Intelligence User Interface (UI) even when they are reported by transport nodes.

Environment

VMware NSX-T Data Center 2.5.x

Cause

This issue occurs due to a race condition which causes the Druid's supervisor process to halt.

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting VMware NSX-T Data Center 2.5.x.

Currently, there is no resolution.

Workaround:
To work around this issue, restart the druid service with these commands:

From the Command Line Interface

restart service druid

From the Root Shell

systemctl restart druid.service
