This article describes how to limit bandwidth for HCX Migrations version 4.11.2 and earlier.

Resolution
In order to set a migration bandwidth limit you must enable the Wan-Opt appliance. Once that is enabled, the below "Advanced Configuration" section will become available.
Additional Information
The bandwidth change won’t take effect until the WO Appliance is redeployed. Redeploying the Wan-Opt flushes the cache and removes any previously learned benefits. Keep this in mind when modifying this setting.
NOTE:
HCX 4.11.2 and earlier have reached EOS.
Product Lifecycle
WAN OPT was removed from version 4.11.3, and later, hence it is not possible to limit the bandwidth in the new version.
