VMware Cloud on AWS - Virtual Machines can't be provisioned with lazy zeroed thick on On-Premise with HCX

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
Virtual Machines are provisioned with eager zeroed thick when migrating them from VMC to On-Premise with HCX. Virtual Machines can't be provisioned with lazy zeroed thick.

Cause

You can't choose lazy zeroed thick or Eager zeroed thick when you select Thick Provision option in HCX UI.

Resolution

There is no resolution for now. VMware is planning to add feature that you can choose lazy zeroed thick or eager zeroed thick in the future.
