Detail the cause and resolution to this issue.
Symptoms:
Customer has a vCenter alert stating that the Cloud HCX Manager VM's certificate has expired.
Site pairing between HCX Managers reports as down. Any configured Service Mesh's will likely show the IX/WO tunnels as Down/Degraded.

Cause
The Cloud HCX Manager's certificate has passed its expiration date.
Resolution
Customer to open a VMware Support Request with the following details:
- SDDC ID
- When the Cloud HCX Manager was initially deployed
- What version of HCX the VMC SDDC is running
Additional Information
Impact/Risks:
The customer will be generally unable to use the Cloud HCX Manager and its features until remediated.
