Permission required for user to 'SAVE LAYOUT'

Issue/Introduction

Unable to save layouts due to insufficient permissions.

Environment

NCM 10.x

Resolution

Below are the permissions required for a user with no admin permission while editing display columns in Devices view and then saving layout with the option of 'SAVE LAYOUT' under File tab:
 
1 Either give user permission or group permission 
2 Network permission:

• View permission of NETWORK  section under default network
• Edit permission of VIEW section under default network
