Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:




We are encountering several cases in NCM where Device Class is incorrect in NCM. (Some Routers getting discovered and Switches and vice versa)

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - NCM

Resolution

This is a known issue and a patch has been created to resolve the bug as of October 2015.

Please download and install DSR 20 Patch 4.
