Smarts NCM: Why is the inventory for an ASR9K incorrect and not full? ASR9K is missing chassis serial number, RSP0 and optical sfp's.

Symptoms:
Inventory of an ASR9k is not full and correct
1) the chassis serial number is missing from the inventory in NCM
2) RSP0 is missing from the inventory in NCM
3) the optical sfp's are missing from the inventory in NCM
Environment
VMware Smart Assurance - NCM
Resolution
This is a known issue and a patch has been created to resolve the bug as of October 2015.
Please download and install DSR 20 Patch 4.
