Smarts NCM: Trying to use quick commands with Vanguard device, no option to clear cache is available.

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:




Trying to clear the cache using quick commands. They are an available option for Cisco devices under more, however Vanguard devices don't have that option or "more" as an option.

Resolution

This is a known issue and a patch has been created to resolve the bug as of October 2015.

Please download and install DSR 20 Patch 4.
