We need to disable the MSA component in NCM.

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - NCM

Resolution

The following are the steps needed to disable MSA:

/etc/init.d/ncm-msa stop
chkconfig --del ncm-msa

vi /etc/init.d/vcmaster and comment out lines

75 
/etc/init.d/sysadmin start
