Symptoms:
Smarts is giving incorrect data (Cards) for Cisco 1841 routers. If the router has 2 cards, Smarts always shows just 1 card and not 2. This behavior was found for more than 4000 devices.

A fix has been created for this issue. Please download and install DSR 20 Hotfix 3.
