Resolution

Network Configuration Manager (NCM) Dsr 21 HF 6 or Dsr 22 supports the following:

1. Bigswitch Switch models
   • AS5710-54X   (OS and Firmware "Switch Light OS SWL-BT-5.0.0")
2. Bigswitch Controller models
   • BIGTAPCONTROLLER   (OS and Firmware "Big Tap Controller 5.0.0(0006-b.bsc.bt-5.0.0)")

NCM Dsr 21 HF 6 or Dsr 22 Does not support SLAVE mode or SLAVE devices at this time.  This is determined by the login prompt as shown below.
