How do you gather logs based on Task or Job ID?

Sometimes you need to determine why you're having problems with a certain job or task and would like to gather all the log information based on it. Please follow the simple directions below:

This applies to a Combination Server (all in one)
 

1. source /etc/voyence.conf
2. cd $VOYENCE_HOME/tools directory. 
3. ./deviceLogs.pl <Task ID>

This applies to a Distributed setup.

On the Device Server you want to follow the Task or Job ID please do the following commands. (If you have more than one device server make sure you select the with the Task or Job associated with it)
 

1. source /etc/voyence.conf
2. cd $VOYENCE_HOME/tools directory. 
3. ./deviceLogs.pl <Task ID>

Below is a sample output for Task 100318
