Dear Valued Customer:

Over the years, EMC has introduced leading edge technology in products that provide enterprise wide solutions to our customers  information technology needs.  As enterprise technology and customer requirements have evolved, so too have EMC s products.

In line with this evolution, EMC continues to market and support EMC Smarts Network Configuration Manager (NCM).
Due to changes in embedded third party components, EMC will no longer distribute download files for the versions of NCM specified in Table 1.

EMC will continue to provide technical support of the NCM versions specified in Table 1 per the service life dates posted on https://support.emc.com. Patches and fixes for the above mentioned versions of NCM will be provided without re-distribution of the third party library component. Customers are advised to retain a copy of NCM installers in their local environment.

For those NCM licenses covered by a current EMC maintenance contract, you can obtain EMC Smarts Network Configuration Manager 9.4, scheduled for release January 2015, at no separate charge.  If your license is not currently covered by an EMC maintenance contract and you wish to reinstate your NCM maintenance, please contact your Renewal Sales Account Manager. Customers who are affected by this change are encouraged to upgrade to version 9.4 from their current versions of NCM.
