Symptoms:
When user tries to launch NCM or DSR installer by clicking on the installer file in Windows Server OS, Install Anywhere window fails to launch with below error:

Environment
VMware Smart Assurance - NCM
Cause
It is likely the Java has been changed since the last successful configuration.
Resolution
Had WebEx with customer, DSR 23 HF4 installer is failing to launch due to Java issue on Windows OS, provided workaround steps.
