Symptoms:
User unable to copy folders in the GUI client
In Smarts NCM 9.4 the following issue exists:
Copying a folder in the GUI client does not work.
From below, copying the empty folder '3' from folder '1' to folder '2' does not result in folder 3 being created in folder 2.
No error message is generated.

Resolution
This issue has been resolved in Smarts NCM 9.4.0 Patch 1.
