This article explains how to get a complete list of Job and Task details in Smarts NCM using an SQL query.



The following sections show the database query syntax and examples for fetching the complete list of Job and Task details from Smarts NCM application database.


1. Log into the NCM PostgreSQL Control Database. See knowledge base Article 17344 for operating system specific instructions on how to do this if needed.

2. To query the Job number, Job name and Status from the Smarts NCM database, do the following:

voyencedb=# select job_number from cm_job;

The above query will give the output as:

job_number
------------
100000
100002
100004
100006
100008
100010
100012
(7 rows)

voyencedb=# select job_number,job_name,status from cm_job;

The above query will give the output as:

job_number | job_name | status
------------+----------------------------------------+----------------------------------
100000 | AutoDiscovery-cisco | enum.taskStatus.complete_warning

3. To query the Task number, Task name and Status from the Smarts NCM database, do the following:

The above query will give the output as:
