Smarts NCM: Does NCM support failover of databases and Application Servers between sites?

Resolution

Is it possible to install an Application Server and Database in one site and another Application Server and Database in another and fail over from one to the other as part of disaster recovery in NCM?

Additional Information

This is not possible out of the box with NCM. Please consult professional services for help in designing and implementing this feature as it is not part of the core product
