Smarts NCM: How to enable zoom in and zoom out option in NCM GUI

By default , zoom in and zoom out option under view Tab is disabled and will not enable unless we are in the Devices View.
To make them enabled , open devices under network in diagram view .
This option will not work in table view as we have scroll down and up options for Table View format.
