Resolution

To avoid mentioned certificate error and security warning, please follow below steps:
1) Download/ take a copy of the voyenceca.crt from $VOYENCE_HOME/conf/CA of AS to Client machine.
2) On Client machine:
Open IE-> Internet Options->Content->Certificates->Trusted Root Certification Authorities->Import,

3)In the Certificate Import Wizard-> Click Next ->provide the path of file downloaded in step 1 -> Click Next ->

4)Select "Place all certificates in the following store", certificate store is "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" -> Click Next -> Click Finish.

5)It would give security warning with window asking user confirmation for install of certificate from CA. Click Yes, "The import was successful" would popup.

6)Close the window and now Close IE, launch IE again.

Now when user navigates to http://<NCM_Servername>, there is no error in address bar of IE.

& select "Launch EMC Network Configuration Manager", it launches NCM GUI without security warning.
