How to create a report which identifies the devices which are not reachable/dead or unresponsive.
User can perform the below steps to create a report which identifies the devices which are not reachable/dead or unresponsive.
1) Login to Report Advisor (RA)
2) Navigate to Reports->Reporting->Preset Reports->Core->Device communication reports
3) Select choose Non Reachable in communication threshold option.

Additional Information
As Report Advisor (RA) is isolated from version 9.3 this information is valid only till the version 4.x to 922a patch 1. In 9.3 ( SAS Suite 9.3/EMC M&R 6.4) NCM is integrated with Watch4net and user can find all their reports in Watch4net.
