Resolution
NCM sends a SNMP get request to device on below two OIDs of MIB-2:
.1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0 - SysDesc
.1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0 - SysName
If NCM receives a value as response on these two OIDs, the SNMP Credential is marked as valid. If no response is received, the SNMP Credential is marked as invalid.

If NCM receives a value as response on these two OIDs, the SNMP Credential is marked as valid. If no response is received, the SNMP Credential is marked as invalid.
