How to export "Standards" and "Policies" from NCM ?
However, it's possible to export other Automation Library Items like "Regex" "Templates" and "Saved Commands".

It is not possible to extract the Standards and Policies to another instance of NCM, only Regex tests can be copied to another instance.
The reason is different instance may have different Network Names for the Area and different Device Classes to enforce the policy.
From NCM-DB it is not possible, since multiple tables are associated and auto generated id will be unique for each record in the table.
