Unable to upgrade my existing Smarts NCM install to version 9.4 on Windows 2008 R2, what Operating Systems are supported by Smarts NCM 9.4?

Customer on 9.2.a running on Windows 2008 R2 wants to upgrade to NCM 9.4

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - NCM

Resolution

As per the Smarts Network Configuration Manager Support Matrix Version 9.4 the only supported version of Windows is 2012 R2.
Therefore upgrading to Smarts NCM 9.4 requires an OS upgrade.
