Smarts NCM: Can't upgrade OS on a Total Access 900e device "No Partition"; Total access 900e system upgrade doesnt have an option for partition

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:


Customers may experience issues with the Access 900e device after OS upgrade and not be able to view the device correctly in NCM. 

The NCM GUI will not device the Access 900e partition after an OS upgrade on the device.

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - NCM

Cause

It appears that this device is providing output banner after the doing the "show flash" and believe that is causing it to not to provide the partition on the GUI. See below:

Resolution

The fix has been applied in the NCM DSR 20 Patch 4 

Please update NCM with DSR 20 Patch 4
