Smarts NCM: Getting error "You are not authorized to complete all actions", when creating a new site or adding devices to existing site.

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:




 Users are unable to create a new site or add devices into existing site. The following error message "You are not authorized to complete all actions" is received when attempting action.

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - NCM

Cause

Permissions bug found in 9.2.2 and 9.2.2a

Resolution

In order to resolve this issue, please upgrade to one of these instances of NCM;  The fix is provided in NCM 9.2.2a Patch 2 and NCM 9.3.
