Smarts NCM: Gigamon devices are only showing a partial pull config output.

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:




When completing a Gigamon Diagnostic, may only get partial data. Screen shot below shows only 40 lines of data out of 130. Logging into the device directly using the same credentials and running the same command there are 130 lines of data.

Resolution

This is a known issue and a patch has been created to resolve the bug as of October 2015.

Please download and install DSR 20 Patch 4.
