Issue/Introduction
Cannot connect to the Smarts NCM database because the password is unknown.
Resolution
- Login to NCM Application Server (AS) as 'root' user.
- Set environmental variable as
source /etc/voyence.conf.
- Navigate to
$VOYENCE_HOME/tools
- Run
java NCM -x $VOYENCE_HOME
which will give DB's Password.
